 Standard and Touchscreen Ticket Entry
You can use any combination of standard or touchscreen ticket entry. Toucbscreen entry allows you to select items or actions by tocuing the screen. With CounterPoint SQL you get to design many aspects of the buttons such as size, color, text and pictures. No programming skill is required.
Essential Point of Sale Features
CounterPoint supports: Customer Loyalty Programs, Gift Cards, Store Credits, Gift Registries, Store Value Cards (Gift Cards supplied by credit card companies). Also supported are up to 6 price levels plus Contract pricing, Sales, Promotions.
Price sheets allow you to manage upcoming price changes easily. Create a price sheet from exiting items with new selling prices automaticaly reflecting a markup or markdown by percentage or dollar amout. You can then take your time fine tuning pricing if needed. Take as long as you want, days, weeks, even months. Then when ready click a button and your selling prices get updated instantly. Keep the worksheet for next time you have a price change, just recall it, edit the prices and press the button to activate.
Offline Ticket Entry and support of iPhone and iPad
The Offline Ticket Entry option allows you to sell at sidewalk and tent sales when you do not have access to your office network. It also allows sales to continue in your store if your network or server is unavailable.
iPhone and iPad has support for register operations, physical counts or label printing. Use your iPhone or iPad as a register complete with barcode scanner and credit card swipe. Both can be used in store or for sidewalk or tent sales. Connection to your store is through the internet so pricing and other information is always up to date.
Multiple line and ticket types
Manage sales, returns, orders, special orders, backorders, layaways and drop ships on the same ticket
Multiple locations and warehouses supported
You can veiw and manage inventory between multiple stores, locations, and warerhouses. If authorized you can sell from other locations and manage transfers, receivings, and adjustments across all locations.
Integrated Accounts Receivable Option
CounterPoint SQL tracks all customer activity, keeping detailed ticket history on all purchases. When the AR option is added you also have inhouse receivables credit with interest, terms, early payment discounts and statements. Both standard and Proximo due dates are supported.
History Retention
CounterPoint keeps complete history of every transaction: Ticket history, payments, inventory transactions, PO, receivings, transfers, sales, returns, adjustments, RTV's and more... We also keep all history on Gift Cards and store credits. If needed you have a complete history of each time the Gift Card or store credit was used.
